2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Future Service Tiers

When the Service transitions to a commercial model, Favzen will offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: $0/month - Limited features with usage restrictions
• Starter Tier: $19/month - Enhanced features and increased usage limits
• Business Tier: $49/month - Advanced features with higher usage limits
• Enterprise Tier: Custom pricing - Unlimited usage with dedicated support

2.2 Transition Notice

Before implementing paid tiers, we will:

• Provide at least 30 days advance notice to all registered users
• Clearly communicate the features and limitations of each tier
• Allow users to choose their preferred subscription level
• Maintain a Free Tier option with limited access

2.3 Billing and Payments

When paid tiers are introduced:

• Subscriptions will be billed monthly in advance
• Payments will be processed through secure third-party payment providers
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

2.4 Usage Limits

10. Termination

• Outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Favzen regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or failure of third-party services.
